Let me introduce myself

Hi, I'm Joff

 Hi, I'm Joff, a registered nurse with 14 years of clinical experience and a certified health coach specializing in carnivore and animal-based nutrition.


This is personal for me. In 2020 I was an obese nurse heading into heart disease, battling depression, sleep apnoea, chronic joint pain and relentless fatigue, despite knowing exactly what I should have been doing. 


I tried everything: calorie counting, keto, training harder, supplements. Nothing worked until I discovered the carnivore approach and, more importantly, learned how to transition into it properly.


Within a year I lost 40kg. Every secondary condition I was managing, the heart disease symptoms, the depression, the sleep apnoea, the joint pain, resolved completely. 


Nearly five years later I have not looked back.


What I learned is that carnivore works extraordinarily well, but the way most people start it is almost designed to make them fail. Going cold turkey overnight triggers electrolyte crashes, gut disruption and unbearable cravings that have nothing to do with willpower and everything to do with how fast you changed.
