Joff and I used to work together back in the day. Great guy and a passionate RN. Late last year, I've been living a very unhealthy lifestyle and my GP advised me to lose weight as I was pre diabetic, hypertensive and had some lower back issues. I noticed Coach Joff's videos about the keto diet and I immediately jumped on the bandwagon. It was a slow and hard start but it was all worth it. I was 95Kgs when I started ny diet December of 2023. I found it easy to talk to Joff about anything that happened during the time under his coaching. He offered the best advice to fit your schedule and personal choices of preferred foods and help with encouragement to cut down in stages of alcohol and bad food intake . .

Coach Joff has been such a great asset in my low carb/keto journey. Joff was an extremely supportive and helpful mentor throughout the challenge and is living proof that adopting this lifestyle and sustaining it is achievable. I’m still in shock with how well the diet went. I think because I thought it was going to be super hard, it didn’t end up being as bad. Also, being able to eat good food and not starve myself was one of the best things about the challenge! I started this challenge wanting to lose weight, but in the end I want to continue this diet because of how it makes me feel. I have better sleeps and have more energy every day!
Coach Joff explained the program in details. It becomes the foundation of everything. His willingness to answer questions and provide support fueled up my motivation to keep it going. His appreciation to my success reflects the pride of my outcome.
I learnt a lot of things that I'll be able to use moving forward such as which foods I need to be eating more, discovered healthier meal options, and that eating until I'm full is not a bad thing as long as I'm eating the right foods. Thanks for your guidance throughout it
I can't believe I survived a whole month on the Carnivore diet! Here’s what I’ve noticed: Less Cravings: No urge to snack on junk food. Less Bloating: I feel lighter and more energetic, less lethargic and puffiness on my face wasn't as bad. Challenges: What to eat? beef, chicken, pork, fish, eggs. What to avoid? No fruits, veggies, or grains, carbs, sugar - stick to animal products only. Can I take Supplements? By Adding electrolytes and multivitamins?
I wasnt exactly sure what to expect when I joined Joff. But I know something needs to change soon because my blood tests are getting bad and I'm pre diabetic. Joff is an excellent communicator and checks in daily to see how everyone's going and also to share information and meal recommendations. He's prompt to reply in and outside the group chat as well. 11/2 months later, im still on it. Healthier and no longer taking meds to lower my blood sugar. Thanks to Joff and a friend who introduced me to him and this diet.
I highly recommend Joff’s programs. You get out of it what you put into it and with minimal changes to my lifestyle I was still contented on what I achieved on my weight goals. I feel better for it and a lot have noticed even just the 5 kg drop. Thank you Joff and wish you all the best in your future endeavours.
I only started Carnivore 6 weeks ago, and it's safe to say I was confused, overwhelmed and had so many questions I just couldn't find straight answers for. On Day 2 of my journey, I came across Joff, and that for me is where the transformation began. Joff is relatable, caring, and motivated to help you meet your own goals. The way he celebrates everyone of your victories like they are his is so encouraging. He is personally invested in helping others reach their goals. It wasn't just the weight loss though, even though that's 100% the reason I started on Carnivore. It was the mindset coaching or guidance. The stepping you through or the guiding you each step of the way. The encouragement to keep going, the uncomfortable but transformative truth (like, you will cheat, you will stumble. But that is for a moment. Progress isn't lost. You just pick yourself up and go again). I felt like I fully well knew what to expect, and how to navigate it because of his support and encouragement. But where I felt I made the biggest breakthrough, came when Joff shared his journey, his battle with addictions, his unhappiness and dissatisfaction with pre-carnivore life, I realised I too that I really wasn't alone. We all have a journey, we all have our demons, but he showed together we could get through them. My mindset has never been happier, I've never felt so stable in mood and clear of thought. I only started 6 weeks ago and have lost 10kg, but the biggest change has been within me, thanks to Joff. Trust the journey, trust the man, get ready to lose some weight, but more importantly gain the life that you didn't realise you had lost! Thanks Joff!!
