Health Coach Joff is a health coaching business. It does not provide medical, surgical or therapeutic services, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical, mental or emotional condition.

Nothing on this website, on my social media, in my emails, in my free guide, in my DMs, or on the free strategy session, is advice to you personally. It is general information about what I did and how I coach. The strategy session is a fit conversation. Its purpose is to work out whether the program suits you and to explain what it involves and what it costs. It is not a coaching call and no coaching is delivered on it. Reading my content, messaging me, or booking a strategy session does not create a coaching relationship. That relationship begins only once you have completed onboarding, signed the client agreement and paid.

Where I describe my own health history or my own results, I am describing what happened to me. It is not a prediction, a promise, or a recommendation for you. Individual results vary.

I am not acting as a Registered Nurse in this business and I do not provide nursing or clinical care through it. If you have a diagnosed condition, take prescribed medication, or are considering changing either, that is a matter for your treating doctor. Never start, stop or alter any medication based on anything I publish or anything I say.

You remain responsible for your own health decisions. Please speak with your doctor before making changes to how you eat, particularly if you have an existing condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
