About your Hosts
Health Coach Joff
Joff is a Primal Health Coach and Registered Nurse who lost 40kg going all-in on the carnivore lifestyle. With over 15 years in healthcare and nearly four years living carnivore, he now helps others break free from food addiction, weight struggles, and burnout. His approach is grounded in real-world experience and what actually works long-term. At the workshop, Joff will walk you through the exact tools, mindset shifts, and habits that helped him reclaim his health — and how you can do the same.
David Charles (DC)
Coach DC is a strength & Conditioning coach, majored in sports science. A breathwork coach, and Biochemistry student. A survivor of Japan’s 9.1 Mag Earthquake, and Tsunami. Also a survivor of stage 4 Follicular Lymphoma TWICE in 2yrs, and 3yrs of chemotherapy, and radiation treatments. Specialising in rehabilitation, nutrition, and other modalities like breathwork, and more.
