Tap into your primal ability to utilize fat stores for energy as intended by our biology. We are designed to operate on consuming fats and protein fats as our main source of energy.
Many carbohydrate source foods trigger an inflammatory response, leading to a build up of fluids in your body. Removing these foods lower inflammation which also achieves weight loss
Excess glucose in the blood causes glycative damage to red blood cells, tissues, organs and the lining of your blood vessels. Less glucose in the blood means less damage
Decreasing carbohydrates and increasing protein and fat intake improves satiety by regulating hunger signalling hormones insulin, leptin and ghrelin. You will feel full for longer periods and less hungry throughout the day
Without the constant peaks and drops of insulin levels due to consumption of carbohydrates, you will notice increased energy levels
The week prior to the date of challenge, a 1 hour virtual welcome workshop will be run to help clients prepare for the next 4 weeks
Each week will be a new and different challenge!
You will be fully supported and guided by

Weekly schedule will be provided
Daily journals are provided and encouraged to be utilized (But not mandatory)
Online check in for progress
Every Saturdays with coaching feedback provided within 24 hours
Coach Joff will host weekly catch ups for clients to debrief with each other and ask questions
A private chat group on FB messenger to communicate among other members participating in the challenge for support, questions and encouragement. Will commence on prep week
