Tap into your natural ability to utilize fat stores for energy as intended by our biology. We are designed to operate on consuming fats and protein fats as our main source of energy.
There are foods that trigger an inflammatory response, leading to a build up of fluids in your body. We will be removing these foods lower inflammation which also achieves weight loss
Excess glucose in the blood causes glycative damage to red blood cells, tissues, organs and the lining of your blood vessels. Less glucose in the blood means less damage
Decreasing carbohydrates and increasing protein and fat intake improves satiety by regulating hunger signalling hormones insulin, leptin and ghrelin. You will feel full for longer periods and less hungry throughout the day
Without the constant peaks and drops of insulin levels due to consumption of carbohydrates, you will notice increased energy levels

Joff and I used to work together back in the day. Great guy and a passionate RN. Late last year, I've been living a very unhealthy lifestyle and my GP advised me to lose weight as I was pre diabetic, hypertensive and had some lower back issues. I’m still in shock with how well the diet went. I think because I thought it was going to be super hard, it didn’t end up being as bad. Also, being able to eat good food and not starve myself was one of the best things about the challenge! I started this challenge wanting to lose weight, but in the end I want to continue this diet because of how it makes me feel. I have better sleeps and have more energy every day!

In this program, your diet will resemble an animal-based ketogenic approach, focusing on reducing foods that trigger inflammation, promote fat storage, and cause water retention (like carbohydrates). Instead, you'll prioritize nutrient-dense foods, primarily from animal sources, that are rich in healthy fats and proteins to support your health and weight loss goals.
While weight loss can be achieved with plant-based, vegetarian, or vegan options, I do not advocate for a plant-based approach. This program is designed around an animal-based diet that includes meat and animal products like dairy and eggs, which I believe are essential for supporting metabolic health, hormone balance, and nutrient absorption. Therefore, this program IS NOT suitable for those following a strict plant-based lifestyle, for example veganism. However, if you are open to incorporating more animal-based foods, the principles of the challenge can be adapted to better align with your goals.
